Q--- Probably Alfred (America). Now, in Hetalia, Alfred is dumb as fuck, but he probably has a fast knowledge of computers like Q does. IDK, I just don't think anyone else is capable of being Q Except maybe Japan but I have another part for him sooo xD
Silver--- France :I Because France and England are always bickering and fighting. And I consider Silver and Bond to have Mommy issues so... Yea xD And Silver was very perverted with Bond, just like Arthur was ;D
